I'm not being paid by Boba, nor did I receive anything from them for free. This is a review of the Boba Wrap, that I purchased with my own money.
I did borrow a Moby to start, but I found it to be heavy and a lot of cloth. The Boba wrap is very similar, but it is more stretchy than the Moby and it is thinner. I found it easier to use. The ends are also tapered, which made it easy to tie.
I used the Boba Wrap when my daughter was a newborn and I really loved it. She would squirm when putting her in and when she first got in, but then she'd settle down right away. It made doing things around the house a lot simpler, especially since she wanted to be held all the time.
When going to the store I would wear the wrap under my coat, and then transfer her to it in the car (since it was the dead of winter). Then I would wrap my coat around us both. I also wore her in the wrap while I was coaching cheerleading competitions and she slept through the competitions!

I did find it hard to wrap when in a public place with the wrap dragging on the ground. If I was going to wear her in the wrap in public I would put it on before leaving the house.
The wrap worked well until she got to be about 15lbs or so and then it started sagging because it's stretchy. I can still throw her in it now that she's about 18lbs for short periods of time and it's still comfortable. I like that it's easy to roll up, put in the bag, and stick it under the stroller or in the diaper bag.
It's not easy to transfer the baby from the wrap to sleeping because there is so much material, however, it's fine to just have your baby fall asleep in it and then you just go about your business. Or have a seat on the couch :)
